Initial Consultation and Appointments
Interested in becoming a client or needing a more in-depth plan of care?
While I have several products that you can try without a consultation, it’s best and more effective to have a consultation done (especially if you’re seeking remedies for chronic issues). I have a patient intake form that I send out so that I can get a clear medical picture of what problem might be, and after I receive it, I will do a deep dive into a plan of care that I will have you start for a few weeks and see if where you are, what might need changed, etc.
What's nice about the consultation is that you're armed with information that you can take anywhere, so if you end up treating yourself or buy products from another supplier: you'll know what you need and what will ultimately work for you. I recommend sticking with me, though. I give all my clients the hook-up.
I can treat many of you virtually, but some conditions will require that I get an initial in-person appointment, follow-up, or both. Follow-up appointments are scheduled either virtually or on location 2-3 weeks from the initial consultation. The consultation fee includes the consultation, written plan, and the first follow-up appointment!
Additional appointments will be scheduled as directed or as requested. All other appointments are $40 or otherwise arranged with me.
All consultations require that I receive the initial intake form. You can email me a filled PDF, drop paperwork off to me, or I can send you an envelope with postage provided.
Clients will receive 25% off of all required/ suggests products with the initial consultation! If I can save you money and recommend something cheaper that’s available online or locally to you- I will.
Once you purchase your appointments, you will receive a follow-up email with appointment information and your patient intake forms. Please make sure a valid email address is listed when you make your purchases!
Spiritual Coaching:
While offered as a “single service” consultation, it’s a layered service with several parts that are geared towards unlocking your spiritual gifts, potential blockages, and continued growth and presence. Once you submit your payment for the consultation, I will forward a workbook of questions and prompts that are self-paced. Once that is completed, you will book either an in-office or virtual appointment for the second stage of coaching. I offer spiritual coaching in 3-7 stages.
Stages 1-3 are included in the $111.00 Consultation. This is most appropriate for those of you seeking to discover what you have, receiving clarity on how it works, and tips/guidance moving forward.
Stages 4-6: These stages are strongly suggested for those of you who are aware of your gifts, have somewhat of an understanding of how it works, but are interested in developing them with consistency, accuracy, and working with the divine.
The 7th stage is considered “mastery” and at which point, you could potentially teach others. The initial consultation guarantees the first 3 stages, with additional sessions priced as we go. I take spiritual coaching very seriously, and not everyone will be a candidate for mastery. As we move forward, we will assess and agree upon whether the last two are a fit for you.
